With a career spanning well more than 30 years, Todd is the architect of the firm's independent, multi-family office approach. Responsible for developing and integrating the firm's unique and comprehensive capabilities, he continues to lead the investment committee overseeing all allocations and investment selections, while remaining integrally involved in all phases of the wealth management process. Among his many community engagements, he is proud to serve as a member of The Columbus Foundation's Professional Council, to support the foundation's life-changing work. He earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation (CIMA®) through the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and the CFS designation through the Institute of Business and Finance.

Eric is committed to helping clients discover and implement strategies to elevate their financial well-being. He believes that an effective investment strategy should be integrated with proper planning, so that resources are optimized and all client objectives are fully addressed. As head of operations, he directs all aspects of system development and application, ensuring that the firm always fulfills its commitment to the clients it serves. He has earned the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP®) and is a member of The Columbus Foundation Professional Council. He credits his Denison University professors with helping him become a lifelong learner. Today, he continues to take advanced classes in tax, investment, estate and retirement planning.

Scott joined Wenner in June 2011 as a Shareholder and Director, before being named Chairman in May 2014. From November 2004 until the sale of the business to CSM in March 2010, he was President and CEO of Best Brands. During his tenure with the company, he lead the acquisition and integration of Multifoods and Telco Foods. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing, Logistics and R & D, before becoming President and CEO. Other senior leadership roles include positions with Borden Foods, Johnson & Johnson, and Kraft Canada. In addition to his professional endeavors, he currently serves as a board member for a local shelter and as a literacy mentor for foreign students. Scott earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a M.B.A. from Xavier University.
Douglas A Smith

Doug is a former business leader, who, after reaching the pinnacle of success, wanted to give back by teaching others the skills that lead to true happiness, effectiveness, and a sense of well-being. He is committed to helping people at all levels enhance their leadership skills and learn to live with greater joy and abundance. His first book, "Happiness: The Art of Living with Peace, Confidence and Joy" was released January 2014. He is an Adjunct Professor at DePauw University, a frequent lecturer at Canyon Ranch, a nationally-recognized conference speaker, and a consultant to numerous CEOs. His company, White Pine Mountain, donates all profits to cancer research. Doug is the former CEO of Kraft Foods Canada, Chairman and CEO of Borden Foods Corporation and Chairman and CEO of Best Brands Corporation. He earned a B.A. from DePauw University and a M.B.A. from Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business. He received an honorary doctorate from DePauw University, in recognition of his many contributions to business and humanity.

Andrew has quickly established himself as an innovator in the rapidly-changing world of building and maintaining brand identity. He leads a group of highly-talented designers, who together have developed nationally-recognized campaigns for DSW, Inc., Aetna, Porter Wright, WOSU, ViaQuest, National Church Residences, Asset Strategies Group, the Ohio State Fisher College of Business, Victoria's Secret, and The McGraw-Hill Companies. In 2013, the Columbus Chamber of Commerce named him a member of the Forty Under 40 class, honoring his professional accomplishments and service to the Central Ohio community. He is also a member of the chamber's Leadership Columbus Class of 2015. Andrew is committed to giving back on many levels, including fostering the talent of those who would follow in his footsteps. He remains actively involved in the visual communication department at his alma mater, the Columbus College of Art & Design, frequently lecturing on illustration, design and advertising.
